Normally all our items are in stock and we usually process and pack your order within one working day.
A standard delivery charge of £ applies. Orders over £50 are delivered free of carriage charges. Delivery is usually within 2 - 4 days.
Delivery to Europe and the rest of the world:
The cost of international shipping is calculated on a per item basis at checkout and orders will be sent by Royal Mail international signed for so a signature will be required on receipt of the goods. Orders are in sterling and you will be charged in sterling which means the amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate at the time your order is placed.
Baubles and Bangles offers a 7 day returns policy. If you decide that you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of unwanted goods and will refund the full purchase price (excluding postage charges) as long as they are returned to us within 7 working days of delivery. You are responsible for returning any unwanted goods to us. The items must be returned in the condition in which they were received - unworn, unused and in their original packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been worn or arrive back to us in any condition other than in which they were sent to you.
Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.
Please ensureyou obtain proof of postage, you are responsible for any goods returned to us until received by us.
For hygiene reasons, we have a strict no returns policy on all pierced earrings including sets which include pierced earrings.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
Our products are thoroughly checked by us before we send them to you to make sure you are happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, you should contact us at email@example.com . Please remember to let us have your name, address, telephone number, order number. Please let us know whether you require a replacement or refund. If a replacement is unavailable we will process a refund for the total cost including your return postal charges.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and return the goods to us within 7 working days of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number. We will replace any damaged goods free of charge.

Please contact us if you have not received your goods within 7 days of placing your order by emailing us at email@example.com . We will take up the matter with Royal Mail to rectify the situation.
We believe that our photographs and description show and describe our products as accurately as possible, however colours of products supplied may differ slightly from appearances on this website . Sizes and weights shown are approximate and may vary. Baubles and Bangles cannot be held responsible for slight differences in the products supplied.
Under the Data Protection Acts , we do not disclose any customer information to third parties other than for delivery purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
When you place an order we collect your contact details (name, email address and telephone number) so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order. We may also monitor usage of our website and customer traffic patterns as this helps us to continually improve our service
